Unlike many of the one-size-fits-all event design companies, our specialty is event styling for intimate celebrations and gatherings. This allows us to get all those custom and luxe details just right. Our services include full service event planning, coordination and styling to final prep and month of planning.
We’ll start with a 20-minute call to discuss your vision, get to know one another and discuss our services and tailor a plan which best suit your needs. We then take what we’ve learned and we’ll create a custom style guide that we believe best represents what you’ve described to us. Once you’ve signed off and approve the suggested creative direction, we then move on to pricing out what your vision.
We’ve completed the discovery phase, its now time for us to prepare a detailed and itemized budget. Because we pride ourselves in being transparent and being business minded creatives, we take our time to properly research these numbers so that we manage your budget and expectations realistically.
Now that we are on the same page with logistics, design and costs, we will start the real work. We’ll sign an agreement and our team will prepare your event brief to include timelines, milestones and submit an invoice for mobilization fees. We’ll have frequent calls to keep on track. Where necessary – we’ll make adjustments. If there is an increase in scope, we will discuss the details and agree upon associated costs before moving forward.
We’ve met all of our milestones, dotted every i and crossed every t! It’s the big day and we will prepare a day-of guidebook, which will include detailed checklists, timelines, event layout and design elements to ensure everything goes as planned. All that’s left for you to do is enjoy your day and create memories and moments to last you a life time.
