WHAT ARE YOU LOCAL DELIVERY TIMELINES AND FEES?

Local orders are defined as orders to be delivered in New Providence, The Bahamas.

All orders are prepped, packed and delivered within 2-4 business days. All orders are delivered via local delivery service. If you have a preferred delivery date - that extends beyond our standard prep and processing times, please add the specific delivery date in your order's notes, and and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date. If you’re in a pinch and need your gifts sooner than our standard prep and delivery times, email us at hello@studio-luxe.co, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your requests.

Local pick up is not allowed at this time. There is a $15 delivery fee for up to 5 gift boxes – per delivery location. Please contact for us delivery costs outside these parameters. 


DO YOU SHIP TO ANY FAMILY ISLANDS OF THE BAHAMAS?

Yes! We currently ship to Grand Bahama, Eleuthera, Abaco and The Exumas. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination.

Please note that Family Island orders have extended delivery times and some gifts - due to their perishable nature - are not available to be shipped to the Family Islands.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship to islands (mentioned above) within The Bahamas. But we will be sure to let you know when we start international shipping.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All purchases and sales are final.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A GIFT?

We love to create custom gifts…it’s actually our thing! Take a look at and explore our many custom giftinng services. Feel free to email us with any questions or to start the process of one of our custom gifting services. The Custom gifting process - depending on scope - takes a minimum of 8 weeks. A non-refundable deposit - equal to 50% of the project’s cost - is required once a custom gift guide is approved.
